Custom Badge Reels

**Your badge reel is a custom item, and cannot be returned. I communicate with you through the whole process to ensure that the final item is exactly what you want and that you approve the final product. **

Remember, all of All Gifted Hands badge reel's are handmade with love!

• If there is any issue/defect with your badge reel within the first 7 days of receiving it, I want to make it right. Email me at allgiftedhands@gmail.com with any concerns!
• Turnaround time is 1 week.
• All Gifted Hands is NOT responsible for wear and tear on your badge reel. 
• If you drop or do not follow the care instructions for your badge reel, we will not be able to fix it if cracked or mishandled/cared for.
• Badge reels are made with high quality products. Please note that all epoxy will eventually yellow over time and if the tumbler is left in the sun frequently.
• As mentioned earlier all badge reels are handmade and small imperfections may be present. 

If you are local to Kenosha, Racine, Pleasant Prairie, Zion, or Waukegan and want to do pick up or drop off for your badge reel, please use code "PICKUP" and/or "DROPOFF". IF you do want to do local pickup or drop off, I will message you after your order is placed to coordinate.
